What is it like to work with Global Virtuoso?

I’m Madel. I am the HR and admin manager. I’ve been with Global Virtuoso for eight months.
What’s different about Global Virtuoso compared to the other organizations I’ve worked with is that Global Virtuoso has the right balance of structure and fluidity. Because, unlike in the previous companies I’ve worked with, the big multinational companies, they tend to be very uptight, very rigid, very process-oriented.
By contrast, family companies tend to be chaotic. So here in Global Virtuoso, it’s just the right balance of structure and fluidity or flexibility.
What I like most about working with Global Virtuoso is that the company really invests in people. They invest in engagement programs, in learning and development programs, so that we feel that we have a sense of purpose and that we can grow with the company.

I’m a crew audit team leader under Travel Lion’s accounts, and I’ve been with Global Virtuoso for four years and three months. What we do in accounts is we audit and reconcile the invoices we receive every day from our suppliers, which are the hotels and transport providers, and then we build those charges to our customers, which are the airlines.
Here in Global Virtuoso, they let the employees have a work-life balance. We have here a quarterly LSCA. (Let’s stop and Celebrate Awhile.) It’s a program that Global Virtuoso provide to give associates an opportunity to interact and build professional relationships with one another. They also have here an employee assistance program, which provides professional counseling and psychological services at no cost to associates.
Global Virtuoso provides a lot of programs that benefits all the employees, and that’s what I like most about working with Global Virtuoso. Here, they really care about their employees.

This company has been a great home for me for the past 11 years, handling a variety, administrative tasks, including answering inquiries, answering, receiving visitor, assist the applicant, sorting and distributing meals.
Global Virtuoso is different because they gave me growth and development opportunities, the people in Global Virtuoso are caring and kind.
I like my job as admin coordinator because I get to learn a lot of things. As long as there’s a lot of work to do, then I’d be happy to stay for a long time.

I’ve been with Global Virtuoso for almost four years as a BSU officer for an airline. We handle paperwork and documentation for the airline crew and assist with airport operations.
I’m enjoying what I’m doing with my colleagues. It’s a very fun environment here. I’ve easily adjusted when I started working here. Here at Global Virtuoso, we get to expand our learning aspects of the field we are in, and the company provides great opportunities to advance in our careers.
Right now, I am aiming to become a senior officer. I’m doing all my best.
Our supervisors are very supportive of our plans – they motivate us when it comes to helping us in our attendance, trying to adjust, trying to give us adjustments so that we can deliver 100% to our given tasks. Every time we have our LSCA (Let’s Stop and Celebrate Awhile) and also we get to showcase our talents, our creativity and during our quarterly team buildings, that’s when we try to enjoy each other’s company outside of work.
I’ve been happy working here at Global Virtuoso. Working on with my BSU family in a pleasant and very enjoyable working environment. The work and life balance here is superb.
