IT ASSISTANT MANAGER

The IT Assistant Manager will support the IT and Security Manager in the daily departmental operations and team management. He/she will assist in managing the implementation and operation of information and functional systems for the organization, including software applications, network, phone systems, and end-user computers. He/she will also assist in managing communications and working relationships between IT and other departments within the organization and outside IT and systems service providers. He/she will collaborate with the IT and Security Manager in developing and maintaining an IT roadmap and be responsible for day-to-day supervision of team members which include scheduling, conflict resolution, and disciplining.

Qualifications

The IT Assistant Manager must have over three years of experience in information technology and security and successful track record in systems integration and project management. He/she must have proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development and hands on knowledge in AWS, Office 365 and other cloud structure.

The Operations Officer will be the initial point of contact of airline regarding booking or cancellation of accommodation and transport concerns. He/she will create, amend or cancel hotel reservations as needed and ensure that every reservation is accurately and timely done. He/she will arrange transport requirements with providers as needed. He/she is also expected to prepare daily and monthly reports.

Qualifications

The Operations Officer must be proficient in English and Spanish. He/she preferably has experience in airlines, hotels or travel industry. He/she must also be willing to do shift work including nights and weekends.

The Network and Business Development Officer is expected to develop and increase the number of Medical and Allied Network of providers utilized by the Operations team. He/she will develop business strategies to engage new prospective clients and offer the corporate access program as a service. He/she shall maintain good business relationships, contracting and accreditation of all providers and partners and acts as point of escalation for all provider network issues. He/she will promote medical evacuation capabilities to providers and other entities to generate private case inquiries and leads.

Qualifications

The Network & Business Development Officer must have 2 or more years of business development experience dealing with corporate accounts. Prior experience as a medical representative or experience in hotel sales or insurance is preferred. He/she must also have excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.

I’m a crew audit team leader under Travel Lion’s accounts, and I’ve been with Global Virtuoso for four years and three months. What we do in accounts is we audit and reconcile the invoices we receive every day from our suppliers, which are the hotels and transport providers, and then we build those charges to our customers, which are the airlines.

Here in Global Virtuoso, they let the employees have a work-life balance. We have here a quarterly LSCA. (Let’s stop and Celebrate Awhile.) It’s a program that Global Virtuoso provide to give associates an opportunity to interact and build professional relationships with one another.
